Ugo Ike

If you’re reading this, you’re probably at the Graphic Design Capstone and wondering who am I? Great question, even I ask myself that sometimes and I’m still figuring that out, but what I do know so far is my name is Ugo Ike and I am from the Metro Detroit area. I was never a valedictorian in school and at times I felt like school was a waste of time. However, I took an art class my senior year of high school that conceived an interest in graphic design. My mom knew that I was a hands-on person and suggested that I major in graphic design. 

Over the past four years, I’ve cultivated my skills in graphic design. I made a letter mark logo for a non-profit organization looking to compete in the New Venture Competition, used Photoshop to edit pictures for social media use, and made videos that required using After Effects. I have a heart for service and want to help people with their creative needs wherever I can.
