Sydney Roesler

My name is Sydney Roesler, or as my toddler self would say, "Cindy". I grew up in Brighton, MI, where creativity always found its way into my life. From art classes to painting sessions with my grandma, I’ve always loved creating.

When I started at CMU, I knew I wanted a career that let me be creative, but I wasn’t sure what that looked like...until I took Intro to Graphic Design. That class opened my eyes to the endless possibilities of design and showed me how much I love creating all types of visuals.

I’m also passionate about photography, which often inspires my designs. One of my favorite things is combining my own photos with graphic design to create work that feels personal and unique to me. Whether I’m designing branding, advertising, or just experimenting with new ideas, I enjoy making art that connects with people.
